| During his ministry,
Jesus Christ gave us an insight into the basic
requirements of what would be pleasing to God. |
|
| Yes, its called
Christianity. To start with all Christians were
Jews who had listened to the words of our Lord
and his Disciples. |
|
| We can look back
now with hindsight and have an understanding
of the true nature of our Lord Jesus Christ. |
|
| Through knowledge
we come to have understanding. Without knowledge
we simply rely on others for truth |

Mission
I have come to know God and Love him, not through the teachings
of any religion but purely through a desire to understand God's
purpose and through personal study of the Bible with the guidance
of the Holy Spirit. I hope the pages of this website will encourage
more people to do the same and come to love God by personal study
in the same way that I did. Only through personal study will you
gain knowledge that is pure. Armed with such knowledge you will
be able to make informed decisions about who, and what, to believe.
Some people feel they don't fit in to any main stream religion
and as a result don't ever come to know God. That's a terrible
thing, to miss out on the opportunity of eternal life. If you are
such a person, please be encouraged by this website and others
that offer similar advice to help you find
God and come to love him.
Please understand that all
believers in Jesus Christ are precious to God. I believe he is
not interested in whether you call yourself Catholic, Orthodox,
Methodist or Baptist. I believe that ALL who have faith in our
Lord Jesus Christ, regardless of their religion are worthy to be
called Christians and as a result will be saved through their faith
in him. Oh there will be many who will say I'm wrong and that the only
way to be saved is by belonging to the Catholic Church. Others
will say Catholics do not represent the truth and you must be one
of Jehovah's Witnesses to be saved. Others will say the only true
religion is Orthodoxy.
STOP! This is not how it was meant to be. When
our Lord was suffering on the cross, a wrongdoer who had been crucified
along with him begged a simple wish, 'Lord remember me when
you get into your kingdom'. To which our lord replied, 'Truly I
say to you today you will be with me in paradise'. Notice our lord
did not ask him what religion he belonged to. He did not say, 'become
a Baptist first'. He didn't even ask him to repent his sins. He
simply said 'You will be with me in paradise'.
So, Love God, have faith in Jesus Christ
and be saved. It's as simple as that.
